How inquiry information is handled
This release uses private, owner-only website intelligence for read-only search-provider reporting, objective technical checks, advisory analysis, and privacy-minimized first-party measurement. The site records bounded public-route interactions and real-user Core Web Vitals without advertising identifiers, raw referrer URLs, raw IP storage, typed inquiry content, or GPS production data. Communication is initiated by visitors using standard email links and phone contacts.
General inquiry messages commonly include operational context, contact details, and request information sent directly through email channels the company monitors for procurement and supplier communications.
Because delivery and procurement records can include sensitive details, visitors should avoid posting payment credentials, passwords, protected health information, classified information, export-controlled technical data, or other sensitive records through general website email links.
Measurement boundaries
First-party operational measurement without advertising surveillance
- The site records allowlisted page, CTA, and synthetic GPS Product Tour events with a random browser-tab session identifier.
- It records real-user LCP, INP, and CLS with route, broad device class, navigation type, and the same bounded session identifier.
- It does not inspect email bodies, telephone conversations, typed inquiry content, attachments, or production GPS data.
- Global Privacy Control or browser Do Not Track suppresses this first-party measurement before any event is sent.
- Recommendations remain advisory and cannot change or publish the website.
Search, technical health, and advisory processing
Minimized evidence with bounded retention.
Owner-authorized, read-only Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools connections retrieve search visibility, page, traffic, crawl, sitemap, and URL information for this website. Google OAuth tokens stored by Website Intelligence are encrypted; the Bing API key remains private server configuration.
Scheduled technical checks retrieve the company’s public pages, robots file, and sitemap to identify objective availability, metadata, linking, accessibility, and performance findings.
When predefined evidence requirements are met, OpenAI may process a minimized aggregate summary of source availability, periods, coverage, eligible numeric signals, and affected public routes to draft advisory recommendations. Requests disable Responses application-state storage. Raw public interaction events, browser session identifiers, referrers, inquiry content, connector credentials, raw provider rows or queries, and GPS production data are excluded. OpenAI may retain abuse-monitoring data under the applicable account controls and terms; this notice does not claim Zero Data Retention.
Provider-derived search trends, technical findings, and advisory recommendation records are scheduled for deletion after 24 months; deployment attribution after 36 months; and security or authorization audit events after 12 months. Connector credentials remain until provider revocation and the controlled disconnect procedure completes.
Raw interaction events and their browser-tab session identifiers are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Raw Core Web Vital samples and their session identifiers are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Minimized daily aggregates are retained for up to 24 months.
The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Those providers may process technical request information needed to host, deliver, secure, and operate the site under their applicable terms. Ghost does not use this measurement for advertising, cross-site tracking, or automatic website changes.
