How review works
Introductions begin review—not approval.
Ghost reviews supplier information when a relevant requirement arises. Additional commercial, technical, quality, or compliance information may be requested before a supplier is considered for requirement-specific sourcing activity.
Submission does not create approved-vendor status.
An introduction does not guarantee qualification, solicitation, purchasing activity, award, volume, or an ongoing supplier relationship. Purchasing decisions remain tied to the applicable requirement and authorized commercial terms.
What good supplier information looks like
Make capability, coverage, and evidence easy to review.
A focused introduction identifies the legal company, relevant offering, service area, manufacturer or distributor relationship, capacity context, supporting evidence, and a reliable point of contact without sending sensitive credentials through general email.
